This work integrates mind, body, and breath — not by forcing calm or bypassing what’s hard, but by creating a sense of safety in the present moment so you can respond from your most grounded self.
Sessions may include optional practices such as breathwork, guided awareness, or gentle movement. Note: These sessions are not therapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.
