This work integrates mind, body, and breath — not by forcing calm or bypassing what’s hard, but by creating a sense of safety in the present moment so you can respond from your most grounded self.
Sessions may include optional gentle practices such as breathwork, guided awareness, or light movement, and that this session is not therapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.
