Safety and Resilience: Yoga for Nervous System Regulation

This work is not about fixing yourself.


It’s about learning how to support your nervous system
so you can meet life with steadiness when it matters.


Many of us know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, reactive, shut down, or disconnected in moments that matter most- difficult conversations, family gatherings, conflict, decision-making, change, or uncertainty.


This workshop offers a grounded, embodied approach to nervous system regulation — helping you prepare for real-world situations with more clarity, presence, and choice.

  

What You’ll Learn

Through guided practices, reflection, and nervous system education, you’ll learn how to:

• Create nervous system safety
• Reduce overwhelm and mental overwork
• Understand your own stress responses
• Integrate body, breath, and awareness
• Build capacity for challenging moments
• Return to steadiness when you feel activated
• Meet life with greater clarity and self-trust

  

Workshop Structure

  • 4 sessions · 90 minutes
  • Monday evenings in February


Each Session Includes:
• Gentle, accessible movement
• Breathwork and regulation tools
• Nervous system education (clear and practical)
• Reflective inquiry and discussion
• Take-home practices for real-life application
